Our Finger Lake Location

From the South or East:

  • Come into Ithaca on either Rt. 79 or Rt. 96B.

  • Watch for signs for Rt. 13 North.

  • Take Rt. 13 North to the Stewart Park/ Rt. 34 exit.

  • Take a left at the bottom of the off-ramp.

  • Go 5 miles to stoplight at "T" intersection.

  • Take a left at the light onto Rt. 34B heading North towards King Ferry.

  • Go one mile.

  • Take a right onto Brickyard Rd.

  • Follow Brickyard Rd. about one mile as road curves right turning into Ludlowville Rd.

  • At the top of the hill, take a left at the stop sign.

  • The Federal House is the second house on the right.

  • Take a right onto Salmon Creek Rd., and park in "Guest Parking."

  • Come around to the front door, and ring the doorbell. Welcome!

From the North or Northeast:

  • Come south on Rt. 81 to the Courtland/ Ithaca Rt. 13 exit.

  • Follow Rt. 13 South to the Triphammer Rd./ Pyramid Mall exit.

  • At the top of the ramp, turn right.

  • After 3-4 miles, you'll come to a four way stop and flashing light.

  • Turn left at this four way stop sign.

  • This road ends immediately. Make another left here onto Routes 34/ 34B.

  • About ¼ mile ahead, you will come to a stoplight. 

  • At stoplight, continue straight onto Rt. 34B, traveling one mile.

  • Turn right onto Brickyard Rd.

  • Follow Brickyard Rd. about one mile as road curves right turning into Ludlowville Rd.

  • At the top of the hill, take a left at the stop sign.

  • The Federal House is the second house on the right.

  • Take a right onto Salmon Creek Rd., and park in "Guest Parking."

  • Come around to the front door, and ring the doorbell. Welcome!

From the West or Northwest:

  • From the I-90 Thruway, take the No. 40 Exit (Rt. 34/ Weedsport/ Auburn).

  • After paying toll, turn right at stop sign onto NYS Highway Rt.34/38.

  • Drive approximately 8 miles south into Auburn.

  • Continue straight, south across NYS 5/20 (Franklin St.).

  • NYS 38 merges with NYS 34 three blocks past the 5/20 intersection.

  • Take NYS 34 (South St.) south out of Auburn.

  • Approximately 5 miles south of the 5/20 intersection, in the Village of Fleming, is the NYS 34/ NYS 34B split.

  • Take a right onto NYS 34B at an intersection with an old brick church on the right.

  • Follow 34B south through the villages of Scipioville, Sherwood, Poplar Ridge, Ledyard, King Ferry, and Lake Ridge.

  • Approximately 23 miles from the NYS 34/34B split will be a "+" intersection sign for Lansingville Rd. 

  • The Ludlowville Rd. turnoff is the next left after Lansingville Rd., marked by a sideways "T" intersection sign.

  • Be careful of oncoming traffic at this intersection as you take a left onto Ludlowville Rd.
    The Federal House is at the bottom of the hill.

  • Turn left onto Salmon Creek Rd. and park in "Guest Parking."

  • Come around to the front door and ring the doorbell. Welcome!
