Plan a Private Party at Federal House

Located upstairs at the Federal House, the Annapolitan Room is the perfect place to hold your next event. It’s ideal for rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, birthday parties, family reunions, or any other occasion. Available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated meal, and up to 70 for a cocktail party. The room features a full bar, audio system, and a large projection screen for video presentations. Our menus include both buffet and seated meal options, or a combination of both. We can also customize menus to suit your needs and tastes.

Banquet Details

All bookings require 72-hour notice. A $250 deposit is required to book your event and reserve the date. Room Rental is $100 per hour and includes all tables, chairs, flatware, china & linen. All final counts are due five days before your event. After the final count is submitted, you will be charged for that number. If more guests attend, you will be charged accordingly.

All banquet prices are subject to a 6% Maryland sales tax, a 9% alcohol tax, and 20% service charge. If your group is tax exempt, a copy of your MD tax exemption certificate must be included in your booking contract. Prices subject to change, though all contract prices will be honored. Cancellations: For a full deposit refund, cancellation must occur at least 30 days before the scheduled event.
